Did you order a Grad Rat for pick up on May 4?
Please join the event beginning at 6:00 p.m. to allow for additional time to pick up your ring. The event will open to all graduate students at 7:00 p.m.

I am a graduate alum and I ordered a ring for pick up on May 4. Can I attend?
Yes!

If you are not attending the May 4 event but checked “Yes” when ordering, you have a few options:
Herff Jones will be in the Student Center, W20-401, 11:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Monday, May 6, and Tuesday, May 7, for alternative ring pick-up.

Or you can request to have your order shipped: Email Jeff Quirk with your order details (HJ order confirmation) and the shipping address (free within US).

I ordered after the deadline for the Grad Ring Delivery event but was told my order will deliver before graduation.
Rings will ship based on ordering time starting the week of May 6. Herff Jones will email tracking when your order ships.

I received my ring but have questions or need to have it resized.
Herff Jones will be on campus in the Student Center, W20-401, 11:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Monday, May 6, and Tuesday, May 7. Or visit Herff Jones MIT warranty.
