On Saturday, May 7, MIT commemorates its move across the Charles River with an afternoon and evening of celebratory events.

Join Ollie Smoot '62 in an MIT procession across the Mass. Ave. Bridge then watch MIT community members recreate the spirit of the original crossing as they build Only-at-MIT vehicles that will cross the Charles.
All alumni are invited to march in the procession by decade, and cheer gear will be distributed at Kresge BBQ Pits. Marchers will assemble on Memorial Drive then proceed down the Harvard Bridge.

Join the Alumni Association and the MIT Club of Boston for an evening cookout in the Kresge Barbecue Pits, located between Kresge Auditorium and Amherst St.
